The team you will be joining
reMarkable Care and Operations department—a dedicated team of 70+ professionals with the goal to craft a seamless global value chain, ensuring quality at every stage. With six specialized sub-departments, we collaborate to bring our vision to life. From sourcing materials to delivering finished products, every step is meticulously orchestrated.

The Reseller Operations Department is newly formed and will manage relationships globally with distributors.

As Reseller Operations Manager

Your mission will be to manage operational relationships with reMarkable’s distributors; how will you do this?

• In the short term, analyze and control an overview over existing processes related to distributors and relevant financial aspects

• In the long term, establish integrated and automated processes with distributors

• Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects

• You will review weekly allocation plans, forecast and ensure supply visibility plans are communicated to partners

• Be the eyes of reMarkable regarding distributors performance, requirements, product lines and service offerings

• Act as the first point of contact for communicating operational issues and solutions to accounts

• Strengthen business relationships with our customers - end-users, external partners, sales, and internal partners

You have hands-on experience with some of the following, and an openness to learn the rest:

• A minimum of four years experience working with vender management, distributors or similar structure

• Relationship building, you can build trust with our global distributors for successful long term partnerships

• A business mindset and understand the financial impact and risks related to distributors

• Developing, implement and refining processes built on facts, data and your experience

• Working with distributor negotiations and KPI follow ups to find win-win scenarios for sustainable partnerships

• Clear communication and an awareness of the cultural factors influenced by communication

• Work with demand and supply balancing throughout the operational supply chain
