To ensure that reMarkable is the right next step for you, we conduct a thorough recruitment process. What can you expect from the recruitment process?
Through the recruitment process we review and evaluate all candidates equally based on their competencies and skills. Here is what you can expect during your process:
- Structured interviews with qualifying questions related to the criterias for the role
- Case assignment showcasing challenges you may encounter in your daily work
- Introduction to the people you will collaborate closely with
- Reference check
- Updates on your process, regardless of the outcome
Depending on the role you are in process for, you may also expect personality and/or logic tests being conducted. The results of the assessments are considered in combination with the other information collected during the selection process to identify the best overall fit for the role.
